    Tutors Available
GPA, academic rigor, and test scores continue to be the three most important factors in college admission. If you need help with any school subject or test including SAT, ACT, or AP, let us know so that we can recommend a tutor for you. You can also use the Tutor/Counselor Finder feature in your Avalon Hub Family dashboard.

For Students Interested in Collaborative Projects
Avalon has had great success connecting students to engage in collaborative extracurricular projects. If you are interested in working with another student on a collaborative project, please let us know and we'll try to match you to an appropriate student collaborator. A few examples of past collaborative projects include writing and producing an original record album, creating a Science Fair presentation, and creating and teaching a class for students in Africa.

Volunteer Opportunity for STEM oriented students
I have come across a good volunteer opportunity if you are interested. It is called "STEM for others." Involves teaching STEM subjects to young students. You can find it by doing a search on Avalon hub extracurriculars and sign up as a volunteer online.
